Blumeo advisors, upon request from Users, as part of a service request, may be required to disclose additional information to Blumeo in order to process more detailed information to complete the Users' file. Users' mobile device geolocation capabilities must also be enabled to access and use some of the features of the Services.
Blumeo requests information from Users on a Form. Users must provide contact information (such as name, address, email, and mobile phone number) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). Blumeo does not access or store credit card information. Money transfers made by credit card payment are processed using an official and accredited third-party online payment platform. This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill Users' orders. If Blumeo has difficulty processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with Users.
Blumeo uses IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the Sites, track Users' movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
Blumeo may share aggregated demographic information with its partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any particular person. Blumeo uses an outside credit card processing company to bill Users for goods and services. These companies, to the knowledge of Blumeo, do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. Blumeo works in partnership with other companies to provide certain specific services. When Users register for these services, Blumeo shares the Users' contact information necessary for the third party company to provide the said services. These companies are not permitted to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing such services.
The Services may contain links to other websites. Blumeo is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites.
